Hi Hope,

Welcome to the forum! For your C-Pap trial, do what you can to take matters into your own hands. Get your doc to prescribe you something to have in case you have trouble sleeping. Take a favorite blanket or pillow, or anything else that you need for comfort. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need at the sleep lab. Once you are getting the benefits of C-Pap treatment, you should feel much better. If you have questions, ask them here! There is almost always someone who can help with almost ANY question. Also, read some past forums and check out the photos of people using their headgear. This should help prepare you for what to expect. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
