I don't think changing the setting on your xPAP should be equated with titrating yourself. Your doctor tells you what pressure you need. You set the pressure on your machine. Eliminates having to call someone else in. I set my machine for the pressure the doctor told me I needed and it has stayed there.

Conversely, I realize that there have also been posters to this forum who sounded like they would like to twiddle with the xPAP settings and see what pressure "felt" the best.
