I have been on cpap seven years. I clean my hose and mask ever 4-6 weeks. I take the components apartie. hose, mask, nozzles etc. then coat all with dish soap. Then I hook the hose(slip it on) up to the spigot and run scalding water over all the components and into a plastic tray where I let all soak for 10-15 minutes. I then hold each piece up and run clear scalding water over each and lay aside to dry. The hose is draped over a kitchen cabinet door.
