Difference In Machines

Hello Good people whats the difference in Cpap an Bi whatever ?and is a auto system the best to get?Help im new will have to get a machine soon after my 2nd sleep test.They told me I had severe sleep apnea after my night stay at the hospital.I hope this thing works out those masks are scary
