I have 'mild' apnea, AHI=9.9, but it had left me pretty wiped out. Treating it has given me more energy.

It is irresponsible to not send you for the ttitration study if your AHI is higher than 5. Perhaps you shouldn't get your hopes up too high that this will be the magic bullet for your problems, bu the link between OSA and fatigue/depression is irrefutable.

Get a copy of your sleep test results documenting your OSA. Keep going to doctors until one will send you for a titration.
