I think most of the CPAPS and heated humidifiers are fine, as long as they have the features you need (auto altitude adjustment, ability to work off 12V, etc.).

From reading the postings on the forum, it appears that most problems come from getting their systems tweaked so it works for them. That would be getting hoses set up so they don't interfer with sleep and getting the mask that works for them and getting it adjusted correctly. Those here can help you with those issues.
