From what I understand, the Autoset T and 418P are both flow limitation machines. If you're doing fine with it, you shouldn't have a problem with it since it should trigger the same way as the Autoset T. I believe Perry has several good comparisons of these machines. You might want to do a search for them and give them a read. At the very least, I'd check with your DME to verify that they operate the same.
