Hi sleepy time gal,

Its ok to be discouraged sometimes, but just keep on hanging in there regardless. It really does get better, but you have to give it time as well. It has taken a long time for me to really believe that the cpap machine is working. Reno tom gave me some advice that helped me be more patient and keep hopeful, and that was to keep a daily diary on how you feel. I didnt think that the cpap machine was helping me very much for the first few months, but the diary helped me to see that there really *was* change, just that it wasnt as great or happening as fast as i wanted it to. BUT, it is happening, and this last 6 weeks the difference has been huge. I now work full time, do much more than i was, still get really tired, but am coping with it all. A few months ago i was falling asleep several times a day, having to have at least one nap per day, and couldnt stay awake when i was studying even long enough to read a single page most times. Ive only just started dreaming again, and i have been on it a couple of months longer than you. You are making progress, the dreaming is a sign of that. A diary will make you much more aware of the other changes as well.

big hugs
best of luck
youre doing good
katie
