Hi Dave. I've been on CPAP for 5 months now. I started noticing an improvment after about 8 weeks. But like Cue and Matt said, this is different for everyone. It took me at least a month of adjusting masks, etc. to start getting the full benefits of CPAP.
But the improvement WILL happen, so be patient, and don't even think about taking a nap without using your CPAP.
