You've already heard from some of the pro's on the forum and I just say ditto what they said. You mention a lot of colds and sinus problems. Are you using a heated humidifier? Most of us have found that by using a heated humidifier our sinuses become healthier and we have greatly reduced our sinus problems. Also, we get fewer colds and they don't last as long and are not as severe. For most people, not using a heated humidifier (or using a cold water, passover humidifier) can lead to greater sinus problems and more colds and infections.
