Rich,

What type of silicon cushion are you using?

The Mirage Full-Face Series2 mask comes in three sizes(small, medium & large) each with 2 available cushions(standard & shallow). You might want to try the other cushion. Proper fitting(size & cushion type) is very important with this mask. When I got mine I took my CPAP & bed pillow to the DME to find out which leaked less. Also, I had some problems with the mask leaking when I slept on my side because my bed pillow would push on it. I got what is called a "buckwheat hull" bed pillow and that fixed most of my problems with side sleeping using the full-face mask. It's easy to make and keep an indentation(room for the mask) in that type of pillow so that I can turn from side to side or sleep on my side without the pillow shifting the mask on my face(which was causing leaks). Also, try tightening your mask straps. If I sleep on my back, I can keep the straps a little loose but tight enough to keep leaks out. When I sleep on my side, which is most of the time, I find I need to tighten the mask straps(especially the lower strap) to keep the leaks out. If you make the straps too tight, the mask will also leak so it does take some experimentation.
