I am on SSDI and I have/had sleep apnea. As I did not feel any better with cpap I was able to get on disability while I search for treatment for my other sleep disorder.

I had a psychristist put me on disability for depression and I had to see SSDI's shrink who did a cognitive test on me and I got SSDI on the first try.

The state's shrink told me that my problem is probably sleep apnea first and depression 2nd.

You would have to probably see a lawyer, but that might be too costly as they in private disability charge too much.

You could file for it and see how it goes with your military documentation but they have alot of forms you have to fill out.
