To save you the trouble of looking, I have mentined before that in my opinion, a number of shoulder, hip, foot, hand, ankle and/or knee aches are the result of sleeping almost exclusively in a preferred sleepig position. Why is one position preferred over others? In my opinion it is because the apnea problem is least in that position.
