Took me about 5 months to start dreaming again. Been on CPAP one year this month. Earlier this month I noticed I wasn't dreaming anymore. Saw doc today and he bumped the pressure up 2 notches.
Give it your all, be very compliant in it's use, talk with doc or dme if you have any questions or concerns and hang in there. The benefits are tremendous!
