Also make sure you have been given the right sized pillows. MOST people need the large (mint green). If yours are too small, they will irritate.

Hang the hose over and above your head -- like from a hook or the headboard. I dangle mine from a bungee cord attached to a clamp on the headboard (think "fish on a line"). This keeps the weight of the hose from yanking the nose pillows around.
