The FDA in the USA banned it in nonprescription drugs that make a health claim and is actively patrolling for so-called "dietary supplements" that contain it where there is a health claim (they cited 20 companies in 2000). They cannot ban it entirely because of a loophole in the US laws. This stuff is not only bogus but it is potentially dangerous. Stay away. Go see an ENT. You may need nasal surgery.
