What is Rain Out?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I am new to CPAP (2 weeks), use a heated humidifier, and Ultra Mirage mask (small). I haven't experienced any condensation, so I'm trying to understand the phenomon and there was nothing in FAQ's about this.
