I have been at 15 for about a year now. This little problem happens almost every night. I have learned "suppress" the bubble. It is hard to describe, but when my cheeks balloon I tighten them and the bubble simply goes away (back into the air stream). As Cue said you do not want to swallow the bubble into your stomach because that can cause painful bloating.

It is one of those quirky little things you will learn over time.
