Unfortunately, at this point, I'm off CPAP for the most part because, since I upped the pressure from 10 to 11, I'm getting aching pain in my lower lungs. My ENT said CPAP tends to aggravate that condition because it's like blowing up a baloon. I'm thinking of getting a second opinion from a Pulmonologist.

Also, if I decide to go the surgery route, do you think it would be best to do the Septoplasty first, and see if that helps? The ENT wants to do them at the same time.
