I don't snore any more with CPAP. Maybe your CPAP machine needs adjusting. (I was told that I shouldn't snore with CPAP). The heated humidity is a GOOD thing. I tried to sleep without the humidifier one night, and my sinuses were stuffed up the whole night. I can't believe how clear my nasal passages are every morning when I wake up. . that heated stuff is great.

I also use the Breeze Nasal Pillows. I couldn't get a "good seal" with a mask.
