Colligate Silver for Sinuses

I take claritin and also spray flonase, but sometimes my nose just stays plugged. At a local health food store they recommended colligate silver to clear the sinuses. I read a little bit about it on the web and I was wondering if anyone had tried it. Also flonase does not seem to help clear my nose. Is there anything else that works without a rebound effect?
