I think you mean "colloidal" silver.

Have you ever had a test for hypothyroidism? Constant nasal problems can be a sign of thyroid problems and might be better than trying endless remedies that are only topical in nature if the real problem is systemic.

(Although of all the inhaled corticosteroids, Flonase sure has the greatest systemic effect).
