breeze nasal pillows

Posted by angelcin2002 on February 08, 2002 at 15:25:25:

Ok everyone I went back to the DME about the sore teeth and gums and she says my skin is just to thin under my nose so she didn't recommend the gel mask. She said all masks will likely bother me and cause me pain so she gave me the breeze nasal pillows. I could hardly wait to get home and try them. First I feel heat which I assume is because the air isn't circulating through the mask but going straight in my nose, second it feels a little irritating but of course I've never plugged anything in my nostrils before. Any advice on success with this. They seem wonderful, I'm just worried I'll turn my head and it'll fall off or I'll rip my nose off :):) I've already rigged something to tie around under my chin if neccesary. Someone had mentioned them and I lucked out, they were just what my DME had in mind.
