You got it wrong. I was one of those who could be considered critical. I calls em as I sees em, and none of the above was the point. The fact is, the tech was technically correct on every point. So the only issues were whether or not the tech was appropiate in his bedside manner, and were the complaints justified. My interpretation was that the failure of that test was self enabled. There is a lot of that, it is never intentional, just a human failing. I would be the first to hope I was wrong. But if I was right, then the only hope for success is a major attitude change. You cannot go into this thing with the attitude that it is different, and difficult, so I will fail, and it is ok to fail because it is different and difficult. Then blame the failure on no tv, or a cough or whatever. As I recall, shortly after this failure, a successful test was accomplished. Sounds to me that this pretty well exonerates the tech.
