I have used the Breeze for several years with NO additional straps -- not even the (optional) halo straps supplied with the Breeze. I have no problem keeping the device on, no matter what position I sleep in. I do hang the hose from a clamp over my head on the bed headboard to keep the hose from dragging on the headgear. I also did this with my Mirage and it helps with both devices.

Adjustment is the key to keeping the Breeze on your head. I'm sure there are a few people with head shapes or head sizes that might have a problem, but I feel that most people can adjust the headgear and keep the Breeze on properly.
