It has been mentioned here and there. Lok on their website. There is some real good insite as to how it works. Taking a few a day as it directs on the label is not a treatment for any sleep matter. That is supposed to increase the length and quality of life. Higher doses at specific times of day have theraputic effects on sleep. Even though it is an over the counter potion, you might talk to a sleep doctor about it.
