Unfortuniately the human head and faces comes in many different sizes and shapes and it seems fron this forum that it is impossable to fit all of them. Why would you redue the velcro tabs every night. It frustrates me also, so Once i get them right they stay and i just slip the mask on and off because the head gear does have some stretch. When i wash the headgear i wash it still attached to the plastic shell ( I do remove the cushion). I wash it, dry it as much as i can with a towel and taking only one tab loose hang it on the shower curtain rod to finish drying.
