What lightbox are you using and how/when are you using it? You said you've used it for years but have you replaced the lightbulbs recently? I'd have to look it up but I think the bulbs are to be replaced every two years. Longer than that, they still light up but aren't as bright as they once were which could affect treatment. It sounds like it's still helping you since you're not getting worse but maybe new bulbs would help or a longer duration under the light. I do feel that the lightbox would have been useless for me if I hadn't treated the apnea first(I think it was my apnea that caused the shift in my body's internal clock due to poor sleep throughout the night).

For me, my late bedtimes started about 3 years ago and got very late during last year so my "late bedtime bad habit" has not been to tough to break but I'd like to get back to where I was 10 years ago(an even earlier bedtime). I guess only time will tell.
