To GottasleepinMD: As I am no doctor, and on your other post I started quite a sitr without that intention..I do have a few questions. If I understand this post I am replying to, You feel tired at around 8PM or so but you catch a 2nd wind much later on,hence at 3am you are wide awake(for lack of better words)Question #1...If you were to go to bed at 9PM would you sleep? Question #2 could it be that you feel more awake later due to the 2nd wind...ie as some one feels where they are over tired? Question #3 If you were to go to bed at 9PM and you were able to sleep..why not continue that routine?...I believe that all people are a fact of routine....I can go to bed early and sleep...and continue this every night.but if i break that habit and stay up late...the next night I will not be tired till much later and therefore start my new habit of night owling!
