You may find it handy to search recent forums for messages I've posted on adjusting the Breeze headgear - search under BostonBoy.
You'll find a couple of msgs. that report how useful I have found it to think of my head in profile while sliding the components in turn. I kinda doubt that the hardware just isn't big enough for you -- and I stand over my comments made in the earlier messages that when the geometry of the adjustments is right, the pillows are almost floating in the nostrils with only nominal mechanical pressure and NO tendency to drag your nose up your face!
A friend or family member watching you in profile may be able to see the adjustment changes that need to be made.
