I know you are right. The is one of the low ebbs, I had several over the years with CPAP. Some times its hardest to kick your own self in the butt. I active all of the time, because I'm so tired that if I sit I sleep, so I keep going until I'm so exhausted that I fall in bed. Right now I'm am taking Ultram, Benadryl, Ambien under doctors orders just to got to sleep. If I don't take these I'll sleep for an hour or two and then up for 2-3 hours.
