I am also at 15 and the Breeze is the only thing that gives me a leak free seal. You will find an abundance on adjustment suggestions by searching the forum. When correctly adjusted it stays in place regardless of sleeping position, and keep a great seal.

I found that looking in a mirror from the side and locking the pillow holder perfectly parallel to the bottom of your nostrils is critical. In this position it should not be touching your upper lip at all! Again, check the form for suggestions.

Second you must have the right size pillows to get a good seal I went through four sets and wound up with the large dialator style. Dialator pillows have small extensions that go futher into your nostrils than the standard.

Yes, it does make the nostrils feel like they are expanding. Someday the wide flaring and flapping nostrils will no doubt be a new sex symbol :)
