I just refill the tank when I get up in the night. I always get up before the tank empties.

In the past somebody posted that he used 2 humidifiers and that that lasted a little longer. He probably had 1 heated and 1 unheated.

I would recommend NOT turning down the humidifier unless you think you have too much humidity. Most of the time, the more the better.

One other thing that might help a little is putting wet cloths - maybe washcloths - around the air intake to your CPAP.
