I knew someone who was sensitive to neoprene which is what their mask straps were made of. Just a thought, how about trying to makeup some temporary straps made of elastic? I made a temporary chin strap made of 3/4" elastic obtained from a fabric store for low cost. If the temporary elastic straps don't irritate your skin, you can make(or have made) something more permanent. Have you thought about trying the Breeze Nasal Pillows system? From what I've seen, the Breeze system doesn't require any straps on the face and many people on this message board seem to like it.
