I have been using the Breeze over 6 months and it takes time and patience to find your adjustment. New users should not give up.
After getting large or extra large pillows, working on the mirror to understad geometry, and the infinite setting possibilities: Head part, side straps, sliding overhang from the top, extending overhang on the bottom, and tilting the nose bridge you are ready to start. Exend all parts to their maximum so you can see the Breeze can go bellow your nose bottom to make sure you can get it not to pull your nose up.
In My setup I have the hose coming from behind the bed at pillow hight. I achieved this by placing a sponge like cussion between the bars making sure the hose is exactly at pillow height, and can move freely to the sides. If the hose is exactely in the midle of your pillow, you will be able to turn from side to side freely without yanking your mask back -- VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE A SIDE SLEEPER LIKE ME!!
Some tips that worked for me after following the steps above (I am a big person):
1. When getting ready to sleep make sure the top part is fully extended for maximum head coverage.
2. make sure to top overhang is fully in (not extended.
3. Make sure the lower overhang extension is fully extended, or extended enough to allow the swivelinf bridge to be parallel to your nose bottom (once you slide the overhang out at a later stage).
4. Place the breeze on your mask by first placing the lower parte into your nose and pulling back until you feel the pressure pulling your nose up.
5. Extend the overhang until there is enough pressure to make a seal, yet not feeling your nose being pulled up.
6. Pull on your side srtips to get enough pressure from the sides to keep the Breeze from moving when you turn on your sleep.
Have a pleasant sleep.
