Frightened need support

Because I have gone so long without sleep I have now developed full blooded anxiety disorder. I have my test on Wednesday. I am frightened of so many things. Will thw clinic be able to cope with a psychiatric case, which ius what I have become will my anxiety allow me to take the mask . I have dreadful problems with swallowing and bringing up wind For every problem that is real I see about 6 more an deach of those breeds it's ownfamily of new problems. i am afraid of the condition, the tests, the cure, the consequences of not being able to take the cure etc etc. Apnea has turned me into a anxiety ridden depressive please let me know that someone understands
