This can all be pretty scary! Are you getting any treatment for your anxiety. I urge you to find a professional to help you with the anxiety until your apnea can be properly treated. Hang in there and keep us posted on how you are doing. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! Make up your mind that you are going to do whatever it takes to get better. I am pulling for you!
