I too have developed depression and anxiety problems. I am now being treated with Prozac for the depression and Ativan for the anxiety, and I am doing well. Eventually the Prozac alone should be enough. If you haven't already seen a doctor about this, do so right away. The doctor should be able to prescribe something that will help with the anxiety right away.
