It's probably the same study I heard about last night. They quoted a sleep specialist as saying don't lose any sleep over the study. One staement was that peopole who get more than 8.5 hours of sleep have a higher chance of dying in the next (I think) 5 years. My theory is that a lot of people getting more sleep have sleep apnea and are sleeping so long because they still feel tired. If untreated, these people are more likely to die, because of the sleep apnea.
