Red eyes after nap w/out CPAP-why?

Posted by thumper on February 15, 2002 at 11:28:13:

I've taken some naps in the last couple of weeks without my machine. When I wake up my eyes are bright red! I feel worse than before I lay down even if I sleep two hours. I know it's not good for me but what's with the red eyes? Anybody know? I will continue to work on putting my mask on for what should be short naps, but sometimes become quite long ones.
