I have been on CPAP for 2 years and have flown to Europe, Hawaii, and cross country many times. I found that my apnea does not bother me much if I sleep sitting up, such as is the case on airplanes. I have never had any problems with security...I even had two occasions where the security officer commented "Oh, you are on CPAP therapy."
