Ask your doctor for somthing to help you sleep, Ambien is a good one. Second take anything with you that you need, like your own pillow, blanket, a fan for white noise if you are use to that. If you are not use to pajamas, start wearing them now to get use to it. You will be fine, don't worry about it you will get the help you need. Keep us posted. PS I even took my own foam bed pad, I didn't ned it because the beds were top of the line pillow tops.
