Two thoughts- would your insurance pay for the mask from the sleepnet vendor if its much cheaper?
Also, my DME wanted to charge me $69 for a fitting. (I refused this because I knew I needed a small mirage FF series two.) However, it might be worth it to pay for a fitting if it would help you to get the correct size from the mall.
In the end, I did not like the series 2 (it was impossible for me to get rid of the leaks if with all the help from this forum )so I took the cushion from it and put it on my old FF because they are the same. For the record, the shallow fit was awful-definately more for someone with a flatter face outline.
