I have one and just love it. It is quiet, reliable and easy to transport. It is so quiet that I can't even hear it running when I have my mask on and just barely when I have not suited up, yet. I also have the Resmed Humidaire and they fit very nicely together as a package. The CPAP sits on top of the Humidaire, so they don't take up much room on the night stand. They also both fit in the bag, if you expand it, so you can easily take both on trips. The CPAP has automatic altitude adjustment, which it great, since I live at a high altitude and travel periodically to much lower altitudes. I won't go into detail on all the other features, since you can find them on the Resmed website.

I highly recommend this package, if what you need is straight CPAP.
