I agree 100%. The pressure on my machine is set at 10 cm H2O, which is easily manageable... I don't need BiPAP nor AutoAdjust. The S6 does the job very well. Globally, I find RESMED products (CPAP, mask, humidifier) well engineered.

Besides, the S6 runs well on an inverter (I have a computer UPS - mute - that allows the CPAP machine to run for a little more than an hour in case of power failure). In fact the ability of the S6 to run on an inverter is stated in the instruction manual. I've heard that some machines "don't like" inverters... they might buzz. The humidifier don't run on inverters, but it's not necessery.
