I've had my S6 since March of 2001. My preasure is set at 14 and I find it a bit noisy. So does my wife too. Have taken it on a couple of trips and I'm very happy with the results. I did purchase a Resmed heated humidifier and the combination of the two units suites me well, I wouldn't be without a heated humidifier. I have an Ultra Mirage mask and I'm very happy with it. The S6 works for me and I'd recomend it.
