Capnometer vs sleep study results

I wanted to get a copy of my capnometer results to give to a cardiologist. I did get them, but I don't think its the capnometer results, I think it is the sleep study results.

Is there anyone who could help me tell whether or not I have the capnometer results or the sleep results?
