Dear New User,
It always takes a while to get use to a new sensation. Your tolerance will come with time. Like Snowman I like heated humidification. You might try setting an alarm clock for 5 hours. And when it goes off, if you have taken off your c-pap, you can reapply it. (It’s better than almost waking up 30 times an hour from hypoxia.) But the key is in just giving your self-time to adapt. After 6 years I honestly don’t think I could sleep WITHOUT my mask.

Most sincerely,
Octavian
