sinus drainage

Just got my ff mask. It is wonderful. But my nose stopped up so badly last night the the pain woke me up. It also is stopping up my ear on that side. Is there any help for this. I am using Nasonex but it only helps a little. Got the ff mask because I was not getting enough air through one nostril with the nasal mask. I seem to get much more air now but the nose pain and headache are pretty bad. Any advice?
