I too have suffered from allergies all my life and was always waking up at night because my nose would become completely congested. I started out using the ultra mirage mask but switched to the Breeze nasal pillow system with the large size dialator pillow. I am hooked up to a heated humidifier which I insisted upon.

I no longer suffer from nasal congestion during the night. I attribute this to use of the nasal pillows blowing moist warm air into my nose and soothing the nasal membrane that were swelling up. I have tried the full face masks and I too have found that I can't keep them from leaking around the edges.

For anybody looking for an AWAKE support group on Long Island, NY, there is one at Good Samaritan Hospital, West Islip, NY. The next meeting will be April 24 at 6:00pm in the Guild Meeting Room
